UPDATED - Yidden Stuck in Traffic on Erev Shabbos Due to Major Snow Storm

Monsey/Kiryas Yoel Area - 4:15PM: In regards to the weather in the Kiryas Yoel and Monsey area, Yidden are still sitting in heavy traffic, hoping to find where to stay over Shabbos, not being able to arrive to their destination before Shabbos. Alot of calls are coming into Chaverim from people stuck in traffic at this time.

Updates 4:15PM+ : Reports of a 15 passenger van with Bocherim, coming from Williamsburg to Kiryas Yoel are still stuck in traffic;

A Mechuten on the way to Sheva Brachos is stuck in traffic;

Chaverim are still getting dozens of calls of people stuck on the Palisades Parkway, the van with Bocherim is stuck on Route 4;

The Monroe bus that left Williamsburg at 12:30PM, has just exited the Thruway;

Maple Avenue is closed in Monsey because the snow storm from Monsey Boulevard until Union Avenue;

Update - Motzei Shabbos: The van with the Bochrim arrived to Kiryas Yoel about 15 minutes after the zman. Alot of Yidden stayed over Shabbos in hotels near the Highway.
