Search Resumes for Missing Yid

Far Rockaway, New York: Boro Park Shomrim are conducting a massive search for Mr. Allen Rothman tomorrow after the search had been called off earlier this week. Mr. Rothman has not returned home since Tuesday December 9th. (As reported below on YIDVID). Volunteers are expected to arrive from all over the tri-state area to assist. Mr. Rothman, a Frum Yid, has not been seen nor heard of since Tuesday. Mr. Rothman is described as 5"6 in height, 130lbs, with Dark Eyes, and Blackish, Grayish hair. Mr Rothman suffers from Diabetes and is known to be Schizophrenic at times. Mr. Rothman has not contacted any of his known contacts and family nor frequented any known locations since that time. Mr. Rothman has connections to Orthodox communities in Far Rockaway, Brooklyn, Monsey, and Lakewood. Volunteers are expected to come from Brooklyn, Monsey, Lakewood, and as far away as Connecticut. Searchers are expected to search the area around his home, as well as distribute flyers to a wide area, hoping to gain tips to Mr. Rothman’s whereabouts. Conducting the search, is the Missing Persons Team from the Boro Park Shomrim Patrol. Also participating in the search are Hatzoloh of Rockaway-Lawrence, Misaskim, Chaveirim of Rockland, Chaveirim of Lakewood, and CERT. Also assisting is the NYPD 101 Precinct, and OEM.
