Shalom Rubashkin to Go Free on Bail
BREAKING NEWS - Postville, Iowa: After being in jail for almost 2 months, R' Shalom Rubashkin will be released from custody on a $500,000 bond, Baruch Hashem. Sholom Rubashkin, who was the former top executive of Agriprocessors, was arrested 2 months ago (as reported earlier on YIDVID).
Rubashkin will be released on Thursday, he will be under house arrest. He has been in custody since November 4th.
R' Shalom Rubashkin will remain under house arrest.
Judge: "Shalom Rubashkin should be released on $500,000 bond while awaiting his trial."

Update: Today the judge listened to the prosecutor, tomorrow's hearing continues, where the defense will get its chance to present.
