Women Dies in Fire From Shabbos Candles in Yerushalayim

Yerushalayim, Eretz Yisroel: Just got a report from Yerushalayim that a 50 year old women in a wheel chair was R"L killed on Rechov Dovid Yellin when her Shabbos candles tipped over and set her 2 room home on fire, 7:00PM in Eretz Yisroel, just after the Zman. The woman was killed by the fire, as she was trapped and couldn't escape as she was handicapped. The fire that started by the Shabbos candles started burning. Neighbors that saw the smoke called the Fire Department, but the apartment door was closed. The husband arrived home from Shul and opened the door, the candles were above bed. The fire location is on Dovid Yellin which goes from Zichron Moshe until Machne Yehuda the heart of Yerushalyim.
