Woodmere, Long Island:
Update: Motor Vehicle records show the BMW is registered to Theodore Saretsky, 76, a psychologist from Atlantic Beach, Long Island.

MAJOR ACCIDENT - Two cars have crashed into a 'Chanuka Wonderland' carnival by Chabad, and has injured at least 12, some critically R"L. Cars went through a crowd of 50+ people. People screaming hysterical.
Update: Location is 1052 Broadway and Franklin/Conklin, Hatzolah medics are on scene, a Medevac chopper has been requested to the scene.
Update: The vehicle is inside the structure.
Update: A 16 month old child and a 46 year old adult being transported with injuries to the legs, hands, and eyes.
Update: Hatzolah Transporting a 40 year old unconscious victim to South Nassau Medical Center.
Update: Hatzolah is transporting a 1 year old child with head injuries. Hatzolah base is requesting the mother of the 1 year old child on a code 1 to the hospital.
Update: Hatzolah requesting as much backup as possible.
Update: 2 children both the age of 3 and a half years old, are both stable and alert being transported by Hatzolah.
Update: 1 person possibly in traumatic arrest R"L.
Update: The center is a store front type, the car went through the whole store until the back wall, there was about 50 people inside at the time.
Update: Hatzolah transporting 4 patients who are severely injured. 2 adults. 1 baby. 1 child. 1 adult is being bagged.
Update: Hatzolah base just advised that the mother of the 1 year old is also being treated for injuries, and being transported.
Update: 11+ injuries at this time.
Update: Hatzolah has a total of 30 patients. A few severely injured. The car is around 30 feet into the building.
Update: A dispatcher for Hatzolah (Unit B-210 Dispatch) keeps screaming over Hatzolah Base for more units, medics and ambulances.
Update: All injured were transported to hospital at this time. Police are investigating the scene.

Update: Of the injured, there are some kids: 2 girls, ages 8, and 4, stable at NUMC, 1 with a broken collarbone, 3 kids under the age of 5 are at Winthrop University Hospital, 2 small kids are in serious condition, one is in fair condition, another child and an adult are at Long Beach Hospital, but are not serious, Baruch Hashem.

Update: The driver's age is 78, he was was not charged, of the 14 injured, 4 are in serious condition., including the brother and sister.
Update: According to a witness: "We saw him under the BMW, it was terrible and difficult, 30 men were picking up the car, suddenly we did it, and we pulled him out from under it.
Update: Total of 14 people injured at this time. The 78 year old man, the driver, lost control of his car and slammed through the plate glass window where Chabad had an all-day event for kids.
