Mumbai, India: The parents of the Chabad Shliach and his wife, who were killed in last month's terror attacks in Mumbai lit a 16-foot public menorah today outside the building where their children lived in the Indian city. Another Menorah lighting was done by the Holtzberg families and Chabad Rabbis at the Taj hotel in Mumbai.
