Askanim Fighting to Prevent Autopsy on Child in Eretz Yisroel
Eretz Yisroel: There is an ongoing struggle in Eretz Yisroel now, after a one and a half year old child from the Ruach Family, passed away suddenly. The court will rule if autopsy is needed. Askanim and Zaka are working on fighting it.
Update - 8:00AM: The Israeli court has ruled that the child who was niftar will not need an autopsy. But the Health Department wants to take the autopsy case to higher court.
Update: The case is not going to higher court after a psharah, the body will only have an X-ray.
Update: After meeting with Rav Wosner Shlita, the Health Department agreed, that the child will not, Baruch Hashem, have an autopsy, rather only an only X-Ray test.
