Falsely Accused Yungerman Sentenced

Eretz Yisroel: R' Yisroel Usher Valas was setenced to six years in prison. He is a Frum Yungerman who is being accused of killing his child a few years ago. The trial has been going on for a while. After the sudden passing of his young baby R"L a few years ago, a non-frum neighbor called the police, and he was immediately arrested. Valas's lawyer says they will appeal the sentence shortly.
