Court Reverses Order on Satmar

Boro Park: The New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division has ruled on the case of Welz V.S. Schwimmer who is the board of trustees at UTA Satmar Boro Park. Four judges reversed a lower court ruling from September 2006, they said it is a business and not a religious matter and court should rule the case accordingly.
