A 9-month-old infant almost drowned in a bathtub on Chasmonaim Street in Yerushalayim’s Mekor Baruch neighbor- hood on Friday afternoon. Hatzolah responded and began resuscitation. The infant was transported by paramedics to Bikur Cholim Hospital in critical condition. Hatzolah EMT Yossi Shmueli reports finding the infant on the bed, without a pulse. He began CPR and fortunately, the child’s spontaneous pulse did eventually return. The infant is a great-grandson of the Admor M’Slonim ZT”L, the ‘Nesivos Sholom’.
